Hangzhou is worth trip, Longxiangqiao subway station is 5 minutes walk for better exploring. We really enjoyed merchant marco. Fumei Jia is easy walk to the hotel...

Limited outlets in the room. Some taxi drivers in the area can be difficult and the front desk staff can be too quick to suggest taking a cab instead of walking.
